At The King’s School, food is more than simply a means of fuelling bodies and nourishment, it is considered a learning experience.
Students have the opportunity to try new foods and extend their palette. Unlike other Schools, every student and member of staff has the opportunity to step away from the classroom and other commitments to share a meal together, unwind, and connect with one another. Sharing a meal together is at the centre of the King’s Christian community.
Feedback in this year’s McCrindle community survey presented mixed reviews about the lunch service at Parramatta. In this KingsCast, we take another look at our catering operation and hear what our students have to say in Term 4, 2023 about the lunch meals in our dining hall.
