The King’s Institute recently hosted at The King’s School, North Parramatta the 2021 National Boys’ Education Conference (NBEC).
NBEC is a biennial conference that provides educators with a unique opportunity to explore a range of interdisciplinary interests driven by the best research in boys’ education.Through keeping informed of best practice and considering future directions in teaching and character with a particular focus on boys, we are committed to raising crucial questions within the changing nature of today’s learning environments.
With this year’s theme “Failing, to grow!”, our keynote speakers covered various topics while examining the concept of failure from an educational perspective.
Thank you to everyone who attended this year’s conference, as well as to the remarkable individuals who presented and contributed to such a diverse and interesting program.
We are also thankful that our staff have the opportunity to participate in such rich learning experiences, which in turn greatly benefits the teaching and learning environment at The King’s School.
